AI questions, answered.
Does AI draw the images in the designs?
No. Designs only use your store's real product photos. Claude writes the design plan and the copy; the visuals are built from ready-made templates in your theme's colours and fonts.
Could the assistant quote a wrong price?
The assistant takes prices, stock and product links only from your catalogue. For products with hidden prices it quotes nothing and sends the shopper to the quote form or WhatsApp.
Are designs and copy published automatically?
No. Every output is a draft. You download the designs, copy the text or apply it to your product; nothing is sent to Instagram or your ad accounts on its own.
Which AI model is used?
All AI features run on Anthropic's Claude models. Model selection is managed on the platform side.
Where are shopper conversations stored?
Conversations are kept in your store's records for 90 days, with personal details such as phone numbers and emails masked. One store's data is never shared with another.
